This review is from: The Sara Chronicles: The Beginning; Book 1 (Paperback)
Sara is a special girl, but just how special no one yet knows. She is living a horrible existence with a family that is only using her as a status symbol. The Finklestein family is very wealthy and enjoys a very lavish lifestyle; however, Sara is not a Finklestein, not really. What should be a perfectly wonderful foster home is nothing less than torture. That all changes one day after she is brutally thrown down the basement stairs, but instead of landing on a hard floor, she finds herself in a wondrous new world where she is destined to be a hero. Upon arrival she is told that she needs to find two others like her and save the world.

This is a great book for children of all ages. My 12 year old daughter picked it up and read it in one afternoo. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a good adventure story.
